Our Story

Founded in 2024, User Group was built on the idea that software should put humans first. What began as a studio focused on delivering custom websites and web applications has grown into a product-driven company building developer tools and desktop software. From a VS Code extension that gates AI-generated code behind comprehension checks to native macOS screen recording — every project we take on is backed by real engineering, not shortcuts. We've built 24+ projects across native macOS/iOS apps, web platforms, CLI tools, and VS Code extensions — and shipped 3 products and 6 client websites to market.
